Really unhappy. Had been growing my hair for a while, I knew I had bad damage and asked to have all the dead ends and damaged hair removed. He showed me what would come off and kind of pushed my hair up into a long bob. The result however was a heavily layered, choppy bob that then was scrunch dried. It was heavy with product, looked worse than when I went in. I style my hair in vintage sets and now can’t do that for months. I washed it as soon as I got home to try and smooth it and there was so many log bits uncut, the layers are literally steps, so looks horrendous when smooth. I could cry.
