Always a great experience here even in random drop ins. Just had an emergency trim and blow dry by a junior and even that was very good. Well trained staff. Great service as always.
really disappointed booked in november to go in a be a model for a colour a correction was given the date for the 5 jan 2016 rang christmas week to confirm everything still ok was told yes , then the stylist ? rang new years eve to cancel as she said the manager had changed every thing around and she was now working the following week and could i come then ,unfortunately like most people i work to so i cant change thing at a drop of a hat so will be going else were if i can can get a appointment very disappointing was told it was a professional salon clearly not if the manger changes things when it suits without regard for other peoples work / days off etc
