This is the best salon in the South East at the very least. My hair always looks lovely thanks to Ross and more importantly I can style it myself at home due to the excellent cut. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially as a disabled woman I am well looked after. I cannot speak highly enough of this salon. So so happy with my balayage, perfectly blended buttery natural blonde which I’ve never managed to achieve before. I love this salon so much! After changing a few salons over the years I now have found the perfect place and will never let it go! I have my balayage, toner, cut and blow dry with Sophie and I am always over the moon with the results. She knows exactly what I want and delivers perfectly every time!  As soon as I walk in I know I’m in good hands and will leave feeling amazing every single time. The whole salon experience is perfect and the team makes you feel comfortable and welcomed always. Update: went back for a second balayage with Francesca and love the results. This is definitely a 5 star salon and am so pleased I found it. See a pic of the results. Probably need 2 more treatments.  Felt well looked after and ended-up with great hair - Needed a bit of a change and had my roots done, a cut and balayage with Francesca.  She was very patient and knowledgeable - explained the process, walked me through the steps as I was a bit apprehensive and the execution went smoothly and with great results.  Everyone in the salon, from the reception to the lady who washed my hair were welcoming and chatty - a lovely atmosphere.  The whole appt took 4 hours including a haircut and style and the complimentary green tea was a nice touch.  I am very pleased with the result, so much so that I will go back and try an ombre to lighten the ends.  Dana Poole
