I was very nervous on arrival, but the ladies who work there, immediately welcomed me and offered drinks. I had a cut and blow dry and the experience was amazing. The staff are immensely polite and friendly and very gentle. I will defibately be going there again!I Thank u ladies xx

Always have a great experience here. I go for stand by appointments and in 2 years they’ve only once not had a free slot. The staff are friendly and will fix anything you’re not happy with without making you feel like you’re being even slightly an inconvenience.

Gemma! Amazing, she is a colour specialist. She took the time to talk to me and ask what I wanted. I didn't really know as I just said copper and my childhood memory. She gently questioned and patiently explained the options. Spot on, great result and more importantly she took her time to make sure it was even. I have very long hair and I am so pleased. My sister hairdresser who lives abroad and I miss terribly was as impressed as me. Thank you Gemma. I'm walking taller and straighter now!
