Lidia done a fab job on my full head of highlights and cut and blowdry. She listened to what I said about my hair and took it on board when doing the highlights. Lidia was nice and chatty and made me feel comfortable. Linda washed my hair and was nice and chatty and gave a nice head massage. Small tip for the owner/manager: perhaps think about renewing your towels and gowns, as my stylist had to apologise for the holes in the gown. Overall great experience and I would return.
I got my hair done at the Walton on Thames salon. Absolutely awful, nothing like what I usually get and wasn’t even blended well. I’m honestly disgusted. They have damaged my hair for no reason it barley looked any different and wasn’t what I asked for. The woman was rough and was ripping out my hair after it was washed when brushing, I told her many times it hurt. I had to hold my head because it was hurting so much. Never had such an awful experience before in a salon. The manager came over saud there’s nothing anyone can do because they were closing, I was there for 4 hours!! To leave with incredibly damaged hair from her ripping it out and blessing it for no reason. The only other option was a redo! I don’t want them touching my hair at all. I should have gone somewhere else. Apparently this lady had been working there for 10 yearshow embarrassing. I won’t say her name but she definitely will know this is about her. Would never recommend.left with damaged hair that looks awful it’s two different colours grey roots and orange ends from the toner I’m 21 I have brown hair and wanted blonde highlights slso left with a headache that lasted the rest of the day!Service: Hair highlighting
Had a bit of a nightmare with my Local hairdresser who dyed my hair bright orange, so in a panic I phoned Rush up and explained my situation, they had an appointment same day and I went in to see Jade, who looked at my hair and knew exactly what to do. A lovely, friendly atmosphere and my hair was exactly what I wanted in under an hour. Thank you!Service: Hair coloring
Booked in to get my t section done because i was going to be a bridesmaid. She said that my hair was bad condition andthey weren't able to just do the roots. So would have to do a strand test. Didn't realise they would be cutting hair out. But she did. Apparently didn't pass the test so feel very let down and find it concerning that they can't just do the roots
Lydia was excellent. Professional and friendly. She took care to make sure she blow dried it to my liking. End result - excellent. Also nice to chat to!Service: Hair coloring
Service was great but toilet was very dirty to the point that made me question everything else like how clean are the towels, brushes, tea cups, etc. Toilet seats are not expensive. Please replace it and clean the toilets regularly. Very Unhygienic.Service: Hairstyling
I had my hair coloring today and as I went in I was make to feel so welcome and the nice hairdressers doing my hair was so amazing and just did a amazing job thank you rush I will definitely be coming back for a new hairstyle soon Jessica biss
So, I'd been box colouring my hair for years and I had ruined it. I was nervous of going to the hairdressers, but for the time I have been attending Rush Walton on Thames they've turned my life around. I have great hair now, the ladies are absolutely amazing, always happy and we've had some great laughs, Lauren, Tia and Paige are fantastic. I have my hair done every 6-8 weeks now and actually look forward to my appointments. Keep up the great work. The pretty young girl Louise on the front desk is always so polite and helpful, she's a real asset to the salon. P.S I always get an amazing cuppa or two.
I had 2 consultations and had appointment booked I turned up on time for them to tell me can't do it don't have time great service can't even call me and tell me 100%will not be going back
