I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time. When you arrive at Tony & Guy, you are greeted warmly and the person who greets you makes you feel special and appreciated. It is the little things which make a significant difference. For example, one is offered a beverage, which is lovely. I am not telling people what to do (i.e. a friendly suggestion and not a criticism), but it would be nice if some fruit was available because for some reason, people are often inclined to eat healthy items at a hairdresser - taking care of one's hair and taking care of one's body go well together. For example, at one point in time, Tony & Guy offered people strawberries and blueberries. The sylists listen and take the time to ensure that what you ask for is what you receive. The only "bad" thing that I can say is that if the place is full of customers and hairdressers, it would be lovely if there was somewhere comfortable to sit if you are accompanying someone who is having his or her hair done. Lastly, one might come to the conclusion that the it is slightly expensive, but you consistently get what you pay for and it is worth it.

Horrible experience! Had a terrible hair cut, the manager argued with me for over an hour saying that if I wanted a new hair cut I had to pay for it... even though I called 49 hours after I washed my hair, as it didn't look anything to what I had shown them. Finally, gave me another appointment to remediate it. The chopped off all my long and beautiful hair, unevenly and layers completely un blended. I had been their costumer for 10 years and always paid for directors to cut my hair. I had to go to a different hairdresser who kindly tried fixing the mess but sadly had to go shorter than I would have liked it, as the hair cut they did at Tony & guy was so bad. They've lost a client and would not recommend their service. Bad costumer service and bad hair cuts!
