Really disappointed with this salon. I went there a few months ago for a dip dye and they dyed almost the whole way to my roots in a bright blonde. The colour of the blonde was nice I will give them that but it wasn't blended into the rest of my hair naturally (very severe and blunt ) and it started incredibly high up my hair (maybe 3 inches from my roots when I have below shoulder length hair). When I called the manager to ask if I could get it corrected and just dye my hair back to brown she told me I had to speak to the stylist (which I was embarrassed to do as I do not like confrontation) and then when I got there I also had to pay for the correction and no one apologised for the mistake. Really awful service - was a let down as I wanted to support a smaller salon!
