Best yoga studio I’ve ever been too. I joined in 2019 and never looked back. Katy and Jill are fantastic and always go above and beyond for the yoga community. All the teachers are brilliant and there’s a wide range of classes. Studio is beautiful. Can’t recommend highly enough. Perfect!
An absolutely wonderful place to practice. You are made to feel so welcome from the moment you walk in. Ebb and Flo have a huge variety of classes and times. All the teachers are fantastic and bring something fresh to each session. I now have my husband hooked on yoga and he is loving the space too.
Ebb & Flow in Farnham is such a calming place to be, the perfect place to practice Yoga and Mindfulness. The space is beautifully styled and laid out for a tranquile experience. I started as a beginner over 4 years ago and enjoying the experience ever since, the teachers are brilliant and so knowledgeable in their practice. I couldn't recommend Ebb & Flow highly enough. Thank you Jill & Katy for your wonderful creation
I absolutely love Ebb&Flow. I joined in 2021 as we moved to Farnham and have been attending classes since. The atmosphere is beautiful, such a calm, clean and cosy space. Jill and Kate are adorable and really committed to make anybody feel at ease. The teachers are superb, it is actually difficult to choose which class to attend as they are all so good! Thank you so much for doing what you do, so well.
Calm tranquil studio, with classes for all levels whether your a newbie or fully fledged yoga pro. The instructors are really welcoming and helpful. Can highly recommend Ebb & Flow Yoga to everyone
Ebb & Flow is a total haven. A place where you can arrive feeling stressed or carrying all your worries, but then leave feeling calm and uplifted. It doesn’t matter whether you have never done a downward dog before, you are welcomed and supported - whatever level you are. It’s great to have a variety of people in each class too. I personally go for the restorative classes to ease stress and gently stretch to release aches and pains. The online classes are great too, if you can’t get to the studio. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a beautiful space x
a warm and inviting studio in Farnham town centre - Although with advanced classes, it’s great for beginners like me. With such a helpful and approachable team, I’ve always felt welcomed. They have my full recommendation
Should there be a zero, I would use that... Advised by two physios not to return. Appalling standard. This is a studio for those that know v little about yoga, Pilates or barre. Booking system a mess. Vapid cheeriness ... Management atrocious, unacceptable responses to concerns raised. Avoid injury, avoid this studio... Arguable regulation and supervision required...
I’m a wakeboarder and a coach at Quays Wake and Ski. To maximise what I get from my sport on the water and minimise my risk of injury I need to be fit, flexible and strong. Yoga is the perfect accompaniment to my strength and conditioning programme. I’ve practised yoga for a few years now and wish I’d started as a youngster. Not only is it good for flexibility, but I didn’t realise how good it would be for strength, and for state of mind too! I’ve just completed a new member’s pack at Ebb and Flow. There’s a wide choice of classes and instructors and every single class I’ve tried has been excellent. And I feel in really good shape for my sport. Mark
Ebb and Flow is the best yoga studio and community, as soon as you enter there is an immediate sense of calm and tranquility. All the staff and teachers are so kind and supportive. A great variation of classes, the studio is designed beautifully. It’s a great space for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
