I agree with some of the previous reviews. Been there 3 times and each time it was worse. The last time the women kept huffing as it was clear she was annoyed that my son did not enjoy having his hair cut. I took him there as i thought the staff would be good at dealing with children. We were also made to feel rushed and told they had others to see but it only took 8 minutes. We ended up cutting his hair ourselves when we got home even though we paid for the cut. I did a much better job too. I will never go back!

Childs manicure - expensive and all they do is paint nails very disappointed for price of £8.50

My wife took my daughter here for her first cut. The lady said they were fully booked but saw my daughter had very little hair anyway so agreed to cut it as it would only take a few minutes. 2 minutes! Still felt the cut was worthy of the £11.50 That's £345 per hour. I'm in the wrong job obviously. Needless to say. I will not be taking my daughter back here.

The staff were very rude and offensive to myself and my daughter and made us feel very unwelcome, they need to learn how to treat their market audience. The haircut was terrible considering the price they charged, safe to say we will never be going back.
