I have been going to the Retreat for around 8 yrs now for my colour and cut. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience, the staff are always tentative, kind and professional. I look forward to having my colour done as I know I will walk out looking 100 times better than when I went in! The Aveda products never ruin my hair and its in such good condition. Don't stop what you are doing, as you are all fab!

I've been going to The Retreat for over 10 years. I have just grown to love the people there. Always friendly, professional and a joy to spend time with. Always so happy with my hair, normally have highlights and cut and never had bad experience with either. They've never let me down and have bent over backwards to help me when I need urgent appt. Always look forward to going and hving some me time. Won't go anywhere else. Thank you all.

I've been a loyal client of The Retreat for over ten years now, since I moved to the area from London. I had been used to the high standards of London salons and had not had any luck with the local barbers. I've never been happier with my hair and have recommended The Retreat to all of my friends.

AVOID!!!!!!! Cancelled mine and my friends appointment the day before, a day before we go on holiday! This hairdressers is unable to braid hair apparently. Thanks EMILY you've ruined the start of what was supposed to be a Birthday holiday! Disgusting! No offer of advice or an alternative. DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT BY THIS YOURSELF
