Thought I would treat myself to a lovely relaxing massage. All was going well, until half way through the massage another client and staff member decided to have a very load conversation right outside my room and then continued in conversation into the room beside me! People go and have treatments to relax. The salon clearly isn't set out in a way where different treatments are done according to relaxation. Treatments are not cheap and I needed a "pick me up" .....Very disappointing. 😠

I made a booking around December for a hour massage. unfortunately on the day I wasn't able to make the full hour I tried to cancel. the lady on reception mentioned that there would be a cancellation fee, which was fair enough I asked if I could make this a half hour massage bear in mind this was around 4:30 she then replied in a patronising manner 'listen Hun that is half hour we could of booked up' and said it in a cold voice. I felt that being younger she then thought she could speak to like that. i'm confident if I was a 30 year old women she would of not replied like that. anyway I feel like its unfair and unprofessional, to put her frustration on a paying customer who been recommended and used the services before . from now on I will always go to la femme as I have been dealt with in a more professional and friendly manner.

They managed to fit in my wife quickly. They are very pleasant and the shop itself is very clean and well equipped.

Very disappointed that they did not carry out a consultation for a course of treatment that I purchased and later on discovered was contraindicated. Hopefully they will pay more attention for future clients.

I had a massage and a facial here a month ago, my first visit. I thought Amanda was lovely. She listened to me and suggested other alternative treatments that may be more suited to me. Lovely treatment room. Lovely staff. Going for a manicure next.
