Came in today for a fringe trim, was told to come back in a couple hours as no one was free (fair enough), came back 2 hours later to be told all of the stylists were on lunch (why they are not on staggered breaks i dont know), so i came back 30 mins later. I have been wearing my fringe as a side part because it was too long and so had a massive cow lick and wouldnt lie straight, i told the girl twice that i normally wet it and blow dry it down and it fixes it, but she didnt listen and tried to blow dry it down when dry and use straighteners on it - which i told her wouldnt work. She carried on and cut it like that, it looked ok but where my cow lick was it was laying all weird. I get my haircut at toni & guy in Cornwall and i know a repeat fringe trim is free for regulars of if i havent been in three months they charge me £3. I was SHOCKED when i was presented with a £8 charge for what was a 5 min job!!! Now to when i have got home, I am going out tonight so hopped in the shower and just blowdried my hair...... and thats when i noticed that my fringe is COMPLETELY CROOKED!!!! the part where she didnt flatten the cow lick is nearly overhanging my eye! So yes I am not impressed. The staff were rushy and abrupt. Avoid at all costs! If they dont listen to their customers and cannot cut in a straight line how can they charge so much!!!

if they'll cut your hair for you for 8 pounds - if only a 5 minute job - this place is a bargain! I've had full hair cuts that have only been 15 minutes cost 50 pounds and above, at toni and guy and at competitors.

Just called to book my girlfriend in to have her hair pinned up before a wedding party. It's barely shoulder length and needs about 6 pins to hold it up all day....how simple could that be.....but oh no....told she needs a "consultation" first followed by a wash and blow dry. What a load of pretentious nonsense!

Excellent place for a haircut, friendly people, very skilled in what they do. Had my hair cut by Marcus, only asked once and he knew exactly what do without asking me. In addition to this Marcus knows how to put people at ease especially its the first time for me using Toni and Guy. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
