All the staff are friendly, well-informed and helpful. The facility is clean and tidy. Laser treatments are performed with care and diligence.

I paid £50 deposit only to be told when I wanted my appointment 2 weeks later that lakeside clinic had closed and now I cannot get any response to getting my £50 refunded . I have constantly called their head office but cannot get through . I have left emails and answer phone messages but they do not reply !

This place is great, the staff are fantastic and I am always seen on time. I've had fantastic results so far.

I had 3 sessions so far for under-arms, and I can barely see any hair growing. I can't believe I waited for so long to have my under-arms done.

POOR MANAGEMENT, RUDE STAFF, DO NOT  KEEP APPOINTMENT TIMES. ACTUALLY IF I CAN I WILL GIVE -5 STARS!!
