I was able to get an evening appointment at short notice. The whole experience was really relaxing and the staff were all friendly. Jamilah cut my hair and did an excellent job. She really took great care and made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my hair cut and shall return here for my next cut. Thank you!

Theresa is a brilliant hairdresser, attentive and skilled. All three stars are intended for you! It’s a shame that Theresa isn’t surrounded by the equal levels of professionalism, I was in on a very busy Saturday and they were clearly over, over booked, with 4 or 5 of us squeezed into the 3 seated waiting room. Some regulars chuckling about how it’s always this way on a Saturday... I have worked in a hairdressers and scheduling appointments isn’t hard. This was probably owner driven greed training staff to say yes to everyone.  
The part I struggled with most on this busy Saturday was the poor beautician, trying to sell her services seat to seat, while her therapy rooms were occupied by a family of 4 or 5, all sitting on the treatment bed eating fried chicken and chips! I’m sorry but who, in their right mind would want any kind of ‘relaxing’ treatment amongst the smell of chicken and chips and an audience?! Even if the audience plans to clear the room before the treatment starts, it’s just so uncomfortable! The male of this family was looming over the till and staff, I guess he was the owner... in any case, whoever you are, till watcher and beauty room occupier, maybe you should find a new hang out for you and your family on a Saturday afternoon?

Today I had my hair cut by the fabulous Jamilah -she did such an amazing job I’m so happy with it,I’ve got long thick and unmanageable hair-I’ve had disasterous haircuts before/by far the best haircut I’ve had in London in years,she listened to what I wanted and provided just that whilst also giving me advice-she has done curly blow dry in the past aswell which was also fab,the complimentary shoulder and head massage is very relaxing,also their drinks menu is so impressive/the averse products are divine and smell amazing-thanks so much Jamiliah-can’t wait to go back and get my highlights done. A real gem of a hair salon -finally I have found a place I can regularly go back to xx
