I requested to have a graduated bob done (i've even showed a picture so it;s clear), with a long front. I was skimmed of hair, and feel literally bold. this is not a graduated bob, there is no volume, no shape, front was chopped off instead of being left long...omg I have no words! and this disaster is before Christmas and new years!!! awful just awful

Can not cut men's hair. Do not be fooled by the long opening hours if you value your hair. The lady hair stylist could not use clippers and left patches on the side with no blend. Once she touched the top it was game over. No shape or anything. Honestly I can not make this stuff up. Absolutely uneven top and don't know how much Matt paste can fix this for work tomorrow. In the end your left with hair all over your face and no courtesy to clean away or even a tissue. How do you complain to a hair cutter once the hair has been butchered in front of your eyes? I just paid and left never to step foot in that place again. I'm going to be a laughing stock in the office tomorrow. Google is the only place where I can vent my anger and only warn you.

I asked to have 2 inches off, my hair was waist length. It is now by my shoulders in an array of weird lengths. I thought the hairdresser understood but she clearly did what she wanted and left my hair in ruins. I will never be using super cuts again, I am extremely unhappy with what they've done. My hair is a state and I am now having to buy hair extensions to get some form of length to my hair. They need to try listening to their clients when they tell them not to cut it short. I can't stress enough how upset I am with my hair cut.
