NEVER AGAIN!!!! I specifically asked the lady to just trim the dry ends and keep as much length as possible. Yes, my hair was up to my bum and I didn't cut it for many years to make it grow long. And it is important for my culture and in my family to have long hair. At the beginning of the session the stylist showed me how much she intended to cut and I said ok to that. After she washed my hair, she did not double check with me how much is she cutting. I kept stressing the fact that I want her to keep the length as much as possible. And she kept saying that it's too long. As a result, she chopped half of my hair length!! Which I was growing for years and I specifically asked her to keep as much as possible..... This is very upsetting and I would never go to that salon again!

The best salon in London, the friendliest most skilled hairdressers ive ever met. The Head massage is legendary a must try.

Sandra is the best. I have been going to Kell Skott for over eight years and Sandra is my preferred stylist. She also cuts my son's hair. She is funny, lovely and most importantly a highly skilled stylist for both short and long hair. I have only had good experiences at Kell Skott and highly recommend it.

Very disappointing that a salon with good stylists and, one would have thought, a confidence about their customers, wouldn t let let me make an appointment because last time I went I got a terrible itching rash from something they put on my hair, (I assumed it was the colour) and had to go back for them to try and wort it out. This time I simply wanted a cut. You can make your own judgment about this but they wouldn't let me make an appointment. I would have thought the trepidation should have been mine not theirs.! If they re anxious about taking a booking in case a client has a problem I m not sure how confident we should be about putting ourselves in their hands !

Not good at all. Hairdresser did something else than I asked, I'm not happy. frustrating experience. There are better salons in London with happy staff.
