To limit no shows we are asking clients to BOOK ONLINE and leave their card details as security for their appointment. Nothing will be deducted from the card unless the client does not give us 48hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If this is not done then 50% charge will be made. This just allows us to manage our diary more efficiently and lessens the impact on our business when clients don’t show up.We kindly ask that clients who are showing symptoms of Covid 19 not enter the salon or attend appointments."

I usually go to Helena for my standard relaxer retouch, treatment, colour and trim. She and her assistant show courtesy, efficiency and style. I'm always pleased with her results on my hair and leave feeling transformed. She deals with a lot of clients all wanting different styles and it's a pleasure to see her work in action. The salon is kept clean and tidy as well. Overall, I would very much recommend her service.Services:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Really great service, I go there to get my keratin treatment done on my 4c hair. The service can add up but you leave feeling and looking beautiful!! Well worth the travel to Croydon

I have used Helen twice now and referred a friend of mine who has used her twice also. No issues with timing, how my hair was handled and customer service. Helen focuses on the job at hand which I really like. I am always in and out within an hour from start to finish and my hair looks the best it has for a long time! I normally get a wash, blow dry and silk press! Thank you to Helen and Aunty Lisa who treated my hair with so much care and patience. I’ve been getting my hair done at Helena’s since 2019. My hair was about jaw length then and now it’s shoulder length and thick - could probably be longer and thicker if I just listened to Helena’s advice . If you have natural hair or really want to commit to looking after your hair - then Helena’s is the place to go. I don’t go anywhere else. If they are not opened, I’m not getting my hair done - period.  Helena and her team are lovely, professional and timely.  The salon is always clean and they have all the right tools at the ready.

I enjoyed my experience at this lovely salon once again. The lovely lady I think her name was Shakira did my hair and it was so lovely how she did my hair. Still looking dress 1 week later! Only has wash and blow dry so it was very quick.

I’ve walked past and know a few people that come here however my experience was not nice at all. Hairdresser was late with no apology and the customer service is really poor. Hoping it was just a bad day as the reviews also seem very positive.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Had a great hair conditioning/oil treatment from Lisa today.  My long natural hair is 4C with fine,dry and dense strands. So usually blow dry treatments have been sore with various hairdressers, but to my surprise today it was smooth and relatively painless and I left with hair that looks much healthier and moisturised!  It's a shame I only discovered this local salon just before I'm moving, but if I ever pass through croydon I'll be booking with Lisa!

Great hair salon and stylists. The team know how to work with your hair condition and I always come out feeling amazing.
