I visited this store for the first time on Monday 6th February. I experienced a First Class service with friendly and helpful staff. I was not rushed considering it was nearly closing time.   I was extremely impressed with how the Gentleman helped me with my repair- super efficient service. I would recommend you visit the store if you are looking to buy a special piece of jewellery or have a repair.  THANK YOU to all the staff at Pravin A Pattni.  I left a very happy customer!

Pravin went above and beyond to make my ring in time for my wedding. Eternally grateful for his efforts. I came to him with an heirloom ring to melt down into a new wedding band with just a few weeks notice to the wedding. Not only did he deliver days before he said he would but the remaining gold was also made into another ring free of charge. Incredibly trustworthy and amazing customer service. Thank you to Pravin and the team - I highly recommend.

It's always a pleasure to visit this family run jeweller. They take a real intetest in their clients, they are kind and really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Amazing Indian Jewelers, especially if you are after wedding jewellery. My wife got my engagement ring made from here and we also bought mangalsutra wedding necklace for my wife. Really happy with the purchase. The service was exceptional, my ring wasn’t the right size and wasn’t as we had agreed while ordering but Mr Pattni instantly said I will get you made another one. They are trustworthy Jewelers.
