Absolutely dire customer service! 4 weeks ago I took a top in for my son's name to be embroidered onto it for school. A simple job, as the school logo was on the shirt already. I left my mobile number and was told it would be about 2 weeks. I decided to go in to check on it today as I hadn't been phoned to be told that the woman had given it back to the man behind the counter because she "couldn't do it". When I asked why, I was told "she just doesn't have time". No apology, nothing. Stupid me thanked him too. I won't be going back, nor recommending this shop...and no doubt it will end up shut down like many other independent shops on the high street. A little goes a long way when it comes to customer service...it really does! My business clearly wasn't worthy. Not good after I made a choice to support an independent shop.
