Been a few times to find things to entertain my children and to make cakes. The staff don't seem that experienced and you really would expect a bit of crafting knowledge. Fantastic cake decorating range though. They definitely need to recruit an expert
It as quite in the shop just the right amount of people so social distance wasn't a problem. Nice friendly staff had what I wanted thank you.

Good location, good parking with good selection of stock. I use them for short-term top-ups as they are convenient and easy to deal with although a wee bit pricey - but when you need it you have to get it! Good to know they are always there and so far have never let me down.
Very well sef for covid regulations. Always so many different new things to try whatever craft you love doing. Great selection of knitting yarns including fashion yarns, cotton chunky and aran. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Loads of stuff for cake decorating. Always good quality products.
