Hobbycraft has lots of items to make a wreath with, all at much lower prices and they can show you how to make one too. Perfect if you are on a budget. I come here for most of my seasonal crafts like Halloween, Christmas and Easter.
Went to buy some card making stuff for a wedding. They had blank cards but no stuff to put on cards like decoupage that you build up on a card. The woman sent me to the gluing decoupage. Absolutely rubbish shop and the range wasn't much better
Completed a wreath making workshop. We had the best time. Despite a slight issue with the kits not being delivered.we had a fab session and Julie and the manager gave exceptional customer service. We had a fantastic time and was very much looked after. Will definitely be booking more classes and returning for more products. Thank you Julie again an asset to the company.
They have some great things but I feel a little expensive. £30 for some grass textures for my son's tau army seems a little excessive. Altogether still a good shop.
What a wonderful experience I had with the most helpful assistant ever in Jim! He took so much time to help me out and give me such excellent advice on trying to create a wedding sign. I am thrilled with the results, but it’s all thanks to him! Huge thanks Jim, Hobbycraft are lucky to have you on their staff!
Today I did click and collect on some gold diamante picks that contained 12 stems in each pack I had 5 lots all they had left in the shop and while I was there I also purchased 2 lots of gold leaf picks which had 12 in each aswell when I got home disappointed doesn't cut it 4 lots of diamantes had 4 picks in them and one had 5 picks and the gold leaves had 8 in each won't be using them again
I was collecting an order, and unfortunately part of it was missing. However, the staff did everything they could to find it before they replaced the missing items themselves; they were helpful and polite, and a credit to the company.
Staff helpful but I didn't find what I wanted have to go on line???? What's the point.
Visited Hobbycraft Nottingham today and Hoping the current reshuffle of the store is temporary. The whole upper floor is empty now and screened off and the product range has been redistributed downstairs. Because of the lack of space on the ground level for all the lines that were upstairs ,product lines have been cut so the choice now on many products is limited to make room with different lines combined into one area. Tills have also been moved also and the store does look a a complete shambles with shelving placed close together giving a claustaphobic and chaotic feel to it. It's not pleasant. I hope it isn't permanent and hope it isn't to make room upstairs for workshops that hobby craft run,as it looks to be a marketing disaster.
Staff at the nottingham branch were amazing, one in particular stood out however I didn't catch his name. I visited late afternoon on 24th January and the gentleman I spoke to regarding cricut product was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly..... Much better experience than our local hobbycraft in leicester
