Very beautiful building from outside, beautiful heritage building. But unfortunately, from the inside, it's really a mess & dirty. Clothes on the floor. So bad and ruin the zara reputation. Don't look like a clothes shop. Mess everywhere. These outlets don't have a lot of choice either. The way they arrange the clothes looks like abundance or bundle clothes.
The fitting rooms need manning more consistently as it can be chaos in there. They sadly don't have customer toilets but staff is helpful and shopping experience good overall
Their security guard was so aggressive with my friend and didn’t even take the right precautions for a mistake he made . Even after settling the issue he didn’t even apologize, that security guard should be fired , he chased my friend across the street grabbed him assaulted him continuously while shouting at him and grabbing him . He was very unprofessional and arrogant about his behavior.
The worst Zara I have been to, barely any staff working there so the fitting room and pay queue took nearly 30 minutes each, one small sign said the queue I was in was for returns only and when I reached the till finally I was met with a very rude staff member who shoo’d me away
Very busy as always. The staff seemed to be doing their best to keep items where they are supposed to be. Found a jacket that I kind of liked and would have bought if the queues were shorter. Daughter wanted a fragrance and couldn't find it anywhere. Couldn't find anyone to tell me where it was so left in the end and will order it online.
This is a review of the beautiful building where Zara in Nottingham city center is. It is a gorgeous neo classical building with lots of Art nouveau features. Absolutely stunning.It is doubtless my favourite building in Nottingham.
Good afternoon, Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the size I wanted I asked for some Assistance from a young female she who said I will call down and get someone to bring up the size if we have it. I said thank you and waited for the coat. I waited around 15 minutes and no one had come back to me as you can imagine waiting this long in a shop standing was very painful on my back as I’ve had surgery and couldn’t find a seat to sit on. At this point I asked someone else if she could find out what is going on . The Assistant was abrupt and said I will find out. After another 10 minutes she reappeared with no coat didn’t bother coming over to me to let me know what was happening. She seemed to be having a good laugh at the hill with her other colleagues and just looking over at me. At this point I became very frustrated and annoyed I thought how rude. I went over and said can you please tell me have you got the coat of not? The person said they are looking for it I waited again. At the same time another customer was waiting and getting frustrated. Another assistant came up to me with the coat just passed it to me with no apology but said sorry for your wait to the other customer. I paid for the coat and left. With the experience I had I’m really not in a hurry to return. Mrs L Henkins

My favourite high Street store and my go to for relaxed individual style and great value and quality . The young lad who works in this branch is the loveliest member of staff by far , always seems to be behind the busiest till and still manages to remain calm, pleasant and helpful thank you !
Clothes strewn every where down to the shoppers not enough staff and it resembles a jumble sale. Her indoors likes Zara but this is first time we visited this particular shop so it could have been a one off. It's a shame the shoppers do not act in a better way
