Visited this store before and was always pleasant, but had the best experience yesterday. I was only after a cheap and cheerful stroller, from the moment I walked into the store I felt welcome and valued. Lovely lady greeted me, had a few nice words to me and my kids as well. After finding out what I was after she directed me to a colleague who was equally nice, was happy to engage in a conversation about strollers. Even though she was called away she still left me in good hands with the duty manager lady. She was most helpful too, even gave me a hand taking the chosen stroller to the car. They really made a difference and understood what the brand is about, thank you all again. Will definitely visit this store again.
Had such a horrible experience with a pushchair I purchased from Mothercare 3 years ago - a brand they no longer stock. I immediately took the pushchair in when the event happened as I was unsure of the steps to take. Even though they weren't obliged to deal with my issue - their customer care was second to none and they continued to help me until I found a resolve ! Really happy with their ethos and customer care and would highly recommend this store in particular to anyone who needs it !
Attended an 'Expectant Parent Event' at this store earlier in the month. We learnt about pushchairs, car seats, breastfeeding and other pregnancy related third party companies were present too. I would definitely recommend this to other mums-to-be as the staff were really welcoming and knowledgeable. We then returned, not so long ago, to enquire further about a pushchair and car seat. We were greeted by another friendly member of staff who showed us the various options and also provided demonstrations. We left feeling more informed/certain about which products were best for us and we intend to return to this branch to purchase these. Both experiences were brilliant. Thank you.
Tried to buy a car seat that we saw on the shelf and was then told to wait by potentially the manager though she had nothing to identify herself as a member of staff. Eventually after 10 minutes was told that there was none left in stock and asked if we would like to order one in. Our son really liked this seat so we agreed. We then stood waiting at the checkout for a good 15 minutes whilst she tapped on the screen to eventually be told that she couldn't seem to find it so would we be interested in another. Walked out at this point and ordered the same seat from Tesco with next day delivery.
My wife and I recently purchased a pushchair from Mothercare in Nottingham. The staff were so incredibly helpful and welcoming. Lauren the manager and Shanay really made the experience less overwhelming especially for us as first time parents. We would definitely recommend this Mothercare especially the free personal shopping facility to family and friends. Thank you.

Fantastic shopping experience in this shop. Clare told us of the great offer on the clothing, she checked the storeroom for us but the trousers we wanted were not available. She promptly ordered the size we needed and they arrived the next day. Brilliant shopping . experience all round.
Visited this store recently, it was our first time looking around, as we only found out we were expecting our first child. We were served by Julia, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to purchase everything we need closer to our due date. Highly recommend this store.
Excellent service this evening at Mothercare castle marina, Nottingham. Such helpful staff & lots of knowledge & expertise. We needed help with pushchairs, prams & car seats. Had a great experience at mothercare Nottingham yesterday. Needed a new car seat and was greeted immediately by Alex who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She couldn't have been more helpful by giving a demo of different seats, ensured it fitted into my car and gave safety and aftercare advice. I decided on the Joie 360 and it's perfect for my little one. I have always found the staff very professional at this store so would definitely recommend the store and service I received. Thanks mothercare!
