Love this shop and love how friendly and helpful all the staff are. They are all clued up on the products and that’s reassuring when you’re a first time mum!! I’ve reserved things various times to pick up and it’s always been a breeze. People say this shop is too expensive but if you get the sales it’s an absolute winner!
“There’s always room for improvement”. They have a huge selection of newborn - toddler stuff. Great product and brands. Special Sales on specific brands. Customer care and service is great.
My wife and I booked in recently to look at some prams and travel systems. Beth showed us two that were on our list and she was amazing. She was friendly and answered any questions we had, whilst also being thorough in guiding us through the products and how to use them. The store was happy for us to go and have walk and do some shopping so we could discuss options under no time pressure. We would happily go back and I can't emphasise enough how good Beth was at her job.
I visited the Nottingham branch today with my niece who is expecting her first baby and Edwina gave us fantastic service. We went in needing a pushchair and had no idea where to start and she was explained everything so well, and was just so lovely. We found a great pushchair thanks to Edwina - thank you!
We went here to look for our first ever pram travel system, completely lost and not sure fully what questions to ask, Edwina looked after us and gave us ample information and advice. She was not pushy about making a sale and actually advised us to not make a rash purchase and just have a think and come back when we are ready. We didn't buy anything on the day of our visit but I feel the service Edwina provided deserved a 5* review in itself. We look forward to going back for a purchase and meeting Edwina again. Thank you!
Whilst we ended up buying our pram elsewhere to fit with our budget, we had such a positive in-store experience with Edwina. It was our first time shopping for prams and I was overwhelmed initially but she was so informative, warm and helpful. We now a really favourable opinion of the brand and will consider shopping here for all the other baby related paraphernalia!
attended the store on 2/06/24 myself and partner went in to browse at the strollers, at first we didn't require an support from the staff. but then a friendly worker approached asking we needed any help, I asked if she could show me how to fold the pushchair, she did this and then went above and beyond. we left the store with a quote and further information about the services. you can tell that the worker Leanne enjoyed her job and was very welcoming.
My husband and I visited the Nottingham store to get more information of the baby bjorn carriers. Edwina was bubbly, friendly and helpful. She used her own experiences and great product knowledge to help us find the perfect carrier. She was attentive and not pushy. She even gave great advice about other things to do when baby is here which was very kind. We can’t thank Edwina enough for her time and help. We left the store very happy with our choice, we cannot wait to use it. Thank you for the great experience.
An impressive store with a wide variety of items relating to babies, maternity, and other such things. The prices are affordable, while the products remain classy. The interior is clean, the staff seemed friendly and really seemed to know what they were doing. It was basically perfect
We visited yesterday to look at travel systems and was approached by Ella. Her knowledge was excellent and not pushy at all. She's a credit to the store.
