So weird. The first time I saw this place, I figured it was some weird TJ Maxx clone. Well, I was right. Turns out they are both owned by the same company. It didn’t click until I read the description on Google Maps. I was like… “Hey! That sounds like Winners.” We have that in Canada. Anyway, the store is huge. Three levels. A big selection of clothing, housewares and toys. My 6 year old was only interested in the toys. When the family went together, we were browsing shoes and found our daughter a pair. £15! Around $24 Canadian. We’ve seen similar brands in the Winners in Toronto priced at $35 + tax. It appears things may be cheaper here depending on what it is. Checking out was easy. It was the only interaction we had with staff.
Large store with different departments across 3 floors. Great selection of bargains and variety of products. Certain stock is located between the paying isles which can be awkward at busy times and you could be stood in the queue for quite a bit at times.
No respect for customers stems from managers no respect to their own staff. Cant imagine any member of staff being delighted having to chase and hustle customers to leave the premises 20/15 mins before official closing time. At the same time security having been instructed not to allow customers to enter the shop 15min before the official closing time. I have decided not to shop here anymore till I see changes being made. I would encourage others, there are plenty of other shops with high customer services attention - this one is FAR from it! Shame cause I loved shopping here for years. Picture taken at 19.45 today

I am very pleased with the range, staff, service and, of course, prices. I can say that this is definitely the first store out of all stores that I always go to to cheer myself up.
Good location of the shop with a car park available near by. Good prices today in clearance side. Don’t forget to bring some clothes for good, they have a basket to collect them.
Staff were so rude. If you check online for the opening times, it says they’re open until a certain time and when you get to the shop they’ll “greet” you with a “holiday times might differ spoken on a such a rude tone that it puts you off from ever stepping foot on their premisses. I am a business manager myself but if I would hear my staff ever talking to a customer like that it would make me wonder if they’re working in the right place. Security team member talking over the manager as if he’s a paper towel speaks for itself.
Had lots of options to check out and also tried on some before I eventually made a choice. Good place to visit
Good stuff, but it's a bit pricey. It's totally worth it, though.
Always something interesting here. Don't think I've ever walked out empty handed. Still just as good as ever and yes did not walk out empty handed. 25/2/24 Extremely helpful lady at the fitting rooms helped me decide on some new clothes. Bought 5 shirts. Thank You
