Well I'm a bit of a sucker for a decent carvery so  here I came on a Monday, I couldn't fault it... Excellent food at very reasonable prices, I even had a Prawn cocktail for starters which I haven't had for years... delicious!!nThe carvery was excellent with three or four meats and lots of vegetables to choose from...nThe menu with set meals is excellent and looks well worth a try...nThere's also outside seating if you fancy a meal alfresco...nDogs are allowed in the bar area which I was very pleased with as was Bobbi who loved it after his walk around Sutton Reservoir...nI'll definitely be coming again...

Food was delicious everyone finished it. My daughter is not a fan of meats but she loves the stuffing and mac and cheese. Servers were lovely and food came out very fast. If you have kids under 14 it is still a good place.

Food was great, Servers ben and Holly. Absolutely great customer service, even tho its was busy they were still polite and welcoming.nUnlike one server who luckily was doing the bar taking drinks who had an attitude not towards me but other staff.nMaybe be careful what youre saying within ear shot of customers? I understand it was extremely busy and youre rushed off your feet however so are the other staff and I didnt hear them say a bad word.nAll of you working tonight are doing the best you can :

I recently visited for the lunchtime carvery and had a very positive experience with the food—it was fresh, hot, and well-prepared. The floor staff were also excellent, providing friendly and efficient service throughout the meal.n​However, the experience was unfortunately soured by the General Manager, Sean. I found his attitude to be dismissive and flippant, and his lack of basic customer service skills was quite shocking. It is a real shame to see such a great effort from the team undermined by a manager who seems unable to handle a simple concern or prioritize guests. A restaurant with such a strong kitchen and service team deserves much better leadership.

Cane for the first time with my partner.nWe had the 3 course with carvery.nDaz our server gave us our choice of meats and there was plentiful.nHolly our server was very pleasant  and helpful.nI would highly  recommend the watermill.nEvery course was plentiful and beautiful.nThank-you  to all the staff who work so hard..nWe will definitely  return.
