Almost immediately coming in, a waitress greeted me. I was not pestered into choosing my meal and recommendations given seemed genuine. The buffalo wing starter was fantastical, with crunchiness and juiciness mastered to a T (although I'd have preferred more red sauce on the bottom wings)! Unfortunately, the follow-up BBQ burger was lackluster, coming on a white plate with fries and... that's all. Don't get me wrong, the burger tasted decent yet decent was as far as it got. The waffles were divine. Overall, a great taste and a great atmosphere, although I'd prefer if they added more burgers to their menu. 4/5 from me, will revisit again!

I do like F&B but the last 3 visits havent been so good. Last week the breakfast waffles were almost chargrilled! Its good food and the kids menu is varied with healthy options for them too (fresh fruit skewers). But its always clean and usually good service. Fun if its your birthday and they sing to you! Sign up on the app and you get a voucher for a birthday treat.

Personally, I'm not all that keen on the new menu - really isn't necessary for a garlic pizza bread to come with chilli as standard - just  means the garlic, herbs, butter and tomato aren't pulling their taste weight! The staff were great as ever - even my Dad managed to dig deep enough into his pocket to find a decent tip for them! I was surprised that they couldn't find the money to replace the broken loo seat in the gents though (especially seeing as there's a DIY store over the road!)

Love it here however, today (mother's Day) the waitress spilt orange juice all over the table and me! It was even in my shoe. Accidents happen and she couldn't be more sorry so I really felt for her. However, I was disappointed that I was not offered compensation for this considering I was covered in orange juice, I possibly would have said no but not even an offer of a complimentary drink as an apology is poor customer service. I did not request this as I genuinely thought they would offer as at other outlets they compensate for less such as a mix up in orders etc.
