Very good service, chefs even came from behind the counter and helped a little girl pour her gravy on her carvery. Vegetables could of been steamed/ cooked longer as they were hard. For two meals and drinks it came up to just under £18 quite cheap for a good meal.

we went following a friends recommendation! knowing we have been to another one from the same chain and was disappointed we went open minded though! it looked nice when we went in but when we were seated at a table there was food bits on it! we went up to get our Carvery! we tried a bit of everything including the strange mushy peas ! the only thing that didn't taste bland was the cauliflower cheese and the condiments! we will be sticking with toby carvery down the road!

Staff nice,but with food have problem. Was third time there and difference between first and third time is very big. Place is very nice,but..... Broccoli and cauliflowers undercooked. Slice of meet is very small, even not half of normal slices. Will look different place for lunch or dinner. Sad.

disappointing meal never go again, chef needs to respect what people order. Thank you to the staff that tried to sort it out but too late already eaten some of meal. Other people in my party had carvery without meat it was a joke spoilt a nice evening with friends.
