1 hour and 40 mins still no food been on its way for 20 mins. What a joke
Amazing food, everything was beautiful. Ordered for collection, was ready on time and piping hot when I got home. Excellent value for money, £12 and fed 2 people with leftovers as well Highly recommend and definitely ordering again
Not selling fresh food , I have order 3 times now and the foods are not fresh , selling yesterday remaining food. Too bad and not happy
For a few years i would only order from here although recently the food is nasty,oversalted and not fresh i dont know if they have hired a new Cook or is this a no respect to the customer in no way do i think you should go here and do not reccomend there food anymore i will say again i used to love it but now its horrible today i ordered there food because I gave them another chance but it was horrible like usual. i think im not the only because I cant even put a review on there website i am very sorry that i have to put this review
They emailed to say it was delivered and it hadn't been. Was an hour late. Satay sauce was like a runny curry sauce, fortune cookies were chewy, shredded beef was sickly sweet and chicken was solid. Squid was deep fried cardboard. Lots of good reviews from locals so very disappointed.
So, we've just took delivery of our 1st order from golden dragon. The food is excellent. Realy very good. But, we didn't receive our sweet n sour chicken balls on original delivery But after a phone call, they was delivered. Pretty quickly at that. Just a shame the sweet and sour sauce didn't come with them. Sod the sauce. Not waiting again. And they be forgiven, based on the food being so good.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Food was ordered at 7.25pm. Got told that it would arrive at 9pm. Didn't arrive at 9pm. Waited til half past. Didn't arrive. Phoned them and they said 15 minutes. Didn't arrive. Phoned again and they said I would have to call back in 10 minutes because they needed to contact their driver. At this point I said I wanted to know where my food was and a full refund. They said manager gone for the night so couldn't offer that and they needed to contact their driver. I phoned back 10 minutes later and their driver had returned the food to the shop. At 1 hour and 10 minutes late they are welcome to the cold food. Disgusting service. Nice receptionist though, not her fault. Never going here again.
Ordered yesterday at half 6, food wasn’t delivered until 8pm, missing items and the chips were soggy and cold. Sent us out more chips and missing can of Coke they said it would be sent right away and I love around the corner. It didn’t arrive for over half an hour later when my partner had already finished his food. I paid £16.60 for rubbish service, got palmed off every time I rang and the managers customer service skills are awful! All I got was sorry we are very busy? I don’t order Chinese, I will never be ordering it again after last night, the sweet and sour chicken balls were more batter than chicken and for £5.90 to only eat one I am disgusted! Absolutely fuming at the waste of money and time cannot stress enough how disgusting the service and food was! Even the replacement food was cold and vile.
Food tasty and plenty of it. Service in the shop, excellent, very friendly, quick and efficient. Batter on the banana fritter too thick and soft rather than crispy. Sauce on the Mongolian chicken very sweet
