How can you get this so wrong. Worse mcdonald i’ve ever been too. staff look like they get dragged through a hedge every time there on shift and the smell as you turn into the car park is utter at atrocious…
Not a big McDonald's fan to be fair, but the staff are very pleasant and friendly, good place for a quick cheap coffee and cheeseburger... though there's obviously more on offer... called in for a change instead of going to the cafe on the Sutton reservoir... All McDonald's are the same so you know what you are getting...I may go again sometime in the future...
Great service from the staff , very clean and table's cleaned and cleared as soon as customers left.
Ordered what I thought was a meal on the app. Got to the drive thru and they advised me it wasn't, so, I asked if I could include the missing items, they said yes and did so without telling me it was being charged for individual items rather than a meal.nI ended up paying £9 for a double sausage and egg meal. I asked for a refund and even though admitted my mistake they refused. Like what the actual hell. Shocking.n'No we can't do that' erm yes you can but you've been trained to take money from people.nI like McDonald's but this isn't right.nShocking and no sympathy from any of them just straight faced not a care in the world.
Lovely McDonald's and lovely staff. Nice atmosphere too and clean. As a delivery driver, always really friendly and super accommodating. Treated like human beings
