About

Here at Toby Carvery Keighley, we believe there's only one way to do our beloved British roast – and that's properly.

Story

When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings – including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely little crunchy bits, and plenty of freshly prepared veg, all crowned with proper gravy. So it's no wonder we're Keighley's favourite carvery restaurant.

Popped in on a Sunday without booking. Staff were great, the pub was lovely and clean. Plenty of space and a good sized car park. The carvery was lovely, plenty of food. Lots of choice of meats and veg, plenty of gravy as well.nWould go again. Four main meals and four drinks were £70, so good value as well.
I had to book at short notice for a party of 14 people on a sunny Sunday afternoon, with guests arriving at different times instead of all at once - all in all, if I was working there, I would have groaned at such a request!nInstead, we were given two tables next to each other, seated on time and patiently waited on and welcomed by several staff.nMany of our party were visiting from Spain and thoroughly enjoyed their first proper British roast, in good company and a lovely atmosphere.nThank you especially to the tall gentleman who arranged our tables and the blonde girl who constantly refreshed our water and noticed when new arrivals needed a drink order taking.
Lovely place. Found me a table, on Boxing Day, even though I hadn't booked. Highly recommend the Salted Caramel Profiterole Sundae. Only complaint was I was too stuffed to ride my bicycle afterwards!
Worst value for money I've had in a long time, I can't believe I just paid £87 for 5 of us for the standard of food we had.nnI think the person serving the carvery must have special training in making the thinnest cuts of meat possible. I got two of the thinnest cuts of wafer thin, overly salty gammon ever and two thin cuts of the most gristly, fatty beef. I can't believe they charged £13.99 for this. I had to leave most of the beef, my son ended up with a napkin full of gristle and fat.nn£87 for 5 carveries, one pint of lager, 3 soft drinks and a glass of water. Complete rip off, I will stick to local pubs like the Turkey Inn at Goose Eye where for the same price you can have a decent Sunday roast. I won't be returning.nnInteresting that there are two other reviews today that both mention the poor quality of the meat. For a company that boasts about the quality of their carvery I think they need to take a look at the food they are offering.nn2 out of 10 overall.
After visiting this venue with our family for over 20 years, we will not be returning due to the disgusting customer service & poor quality food. The only saving grace was that a polite young man did apologise profusely when a complaint was made.
