Absolutely shocking. The food is consistently overcooked/burned, the orders are mixed up, but tonight’s order was the last straw. Half of the order was missing, the other half burned. It was an uber eats order so at least I got some money back, but please don’t bother ordering from here. I tried way too many times, giving them the benefit of doubt, but never again. Absolute farce.
Absolutely shocking. Managers will not come to speak to customers. Waiting time is ridiculous. Staff don’t know what they are doing and can’t seem to do their job as they are too busy eating infront of customers. Instead of kindly telling customers of their wait, all you can hear is shouting. The guy in the back looks like he gets shouted at all day someone help him! Shocking. Then ontop of all that, food was not worth the wait. Chicken had skin peeling off it was that greasy. Chips were soggy and missing gravy. I don’t understand why you would have staff that can’t pack orders correctly and can’t be fast when they work in fast food. Total lack of concern and urgency in the staff. Do not recommend.
Went for a little bit of food for work and can’t say I was disappointed as food was as cheep as I expected and was really, really nice too. Atmosphere was to be as expected in most KFC’s so would definitely recommend if you wanting a quick chicken fix or if your just craving KFC
I am writing this review to inform civilians of England an honest opinion. I ordered a medium popcorn chicken which I thought was a boneless meal. Approximately halfway through my meal I was shocked. Face to face with something that could cause me to take my last breath on this planet. A bone. Scared almost to death, I felt it poke my gum and panicked. After careful research on google, I looked up if it was a boneless mean and not to my surprise it is supposed to be. Going up to the counter filled with frustration and anger I alerted the employees and they just gave me a paper towel and said sorry as if nothing happened. No compensation at all. I will never eat from this fast food restaurant ever again. Thank you.
