Always loved the flavour, hence the two stars are for flavour alone! Coz the portions just get smaller. Chicken wings aka "hot wings" are now half of what they used to be. I've just found the smallest fillet too. Must be from special mutant chickens. Also, it doesn't help when you get home and bits are missing from your order e.g. last time I went through the drive through there were 2 coleslaw sides missing and the time before the hot half-wings were missing.

Don't always get what you order, it's best checking before you leave the drive thru to ensure they give you everything. Getting more & more expensive but meals are getting smaller. Menu boards are situated after the order intercom so you often have to park up prior to ordering if you don't know what you'd like to order. Krushem machine is often not working. They do a rewards card which give free foods & eventually £5 off your order but always check they've scanned the rewards card as they often don't or the machine is broken or the restaurant's wifi is down... Very dirty in the restaurant area & sticky tables despite they've supposedly been cleaned...

Small portions and orders are frequently incorrect. Do yourself a favour and go to Dixy Chicken on Town Street as it is much better!

Really poor service today, anf unfortunately not the first time. Not only did I have to wait for God knows how long, I came back home only to find out that my 14 piece party bucket did not have the chicken wings, or the mini fillets, or the pop corn. Basically I paid 25 pounds for 14 pieces and fries. Thank you very much people. Me and my family are really looking forward to finding another place to spend our money on Fridays. From an ex-regular customer.

Chicken always dry...always have to wait on service and never fast ...had to wait 30mins for oir food in the carpark
