Today we visited the festival park branch and were served by a lovely lady named jess..this lady made sure that our visit was happy and smooth and made sure that we left with a smile on our faces not like the manager which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome for asking questions this jess girl needs a pay rise and promotion...big thank you too jess from festival park branch you ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!!
We really enjoyed the meal, it was great to see the sweetcorn, peas and green beans on offer and all cooked well for our 1.30 time slot as we have been before at 12 in the past and some veg wasn't cooked through properly. The potato bake with leeks was lovely also again we have had a bake before which wasn't cooked through enough. The mash was excellent too. Service was brill as usual. Thanks:
Marie was out waitress, she was amazing, very attentive, helpful and caring. She helped my nan 89 yrs old to carry her plate back to table. We ordered the salmon and prawn wellington and she checked they would be ready in time so we could all go to the carvery together.
I recently visited Toby Carvery and had a fantastic experience. Big shout out to Marie and the team for their exceptional service! The roast meats were tender and flavorful, and the sides were delicious, especially the Roast Potatoes. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a great meal with excellent service!
