Putting 1 star because I can’t put a zero. WORST Client experience I ever had! Came for an item which wasn’t available anymore. One last piece was reserved and a Salesperson kindly gave it to me so I can try it before purchasing it. Was waiting in the line for 15 minutes when another Salesperson red hair with eyeglasses literally took it off my hands because the client who made the reservation came in store. I explained I wasn’t going to buy it, just try it on and the salesperson answered with annoyance, and in a rude way in front of all clients in store that it wasn’t her problem and I have to give it back. I felt treated like a shoplifter - put on the spot, ashamed and disrespected! Will never put my feet back in this store!!
Made in China. Bought a very expensive shirt and when I came home I realized the fabric had already been snagged. Tag is still on. The store attendant was helpful but not acceptable quality for the price, especially in Paris. Also check the tag, their clothes are made in china.
There are 2 shop which is located opposite from each other but it is in the same street. There are many selection of the brand multibrand and also included The Frankie shop product as well.
The worst service and the worst quality of clothes. Jacket ripped after using it twice and I wouldn’t get my money back. Staff is rude and useless. Waste of my time and made me so angry. AVOID THIS PLACE
Not friendly in store and even worst online. I want to like this brand but i find that everytime i tried they really failed me... In store i don't mind thr staffs show really unpleasant attitude and i went several time in store before, they are never really impressive . So after that i decided to shop online and it gets worst...they mistaken my order the attitude they have towards me is incredibly rude. And after i politely response to them to get some more details ans answer to my situation they flat out ignore my emails multiple emails for weeks. It is just shameful and disappointed. I sincerely hope these situation will change for the better.
The styles are very modern but the construction and fabrics are extremely low quality. If you want cheap, low quality clothes go to Zara and save yourself a ton of money. I was very disappointed.
I used to shop there when they were still unknown and staff was very friendly. Lately staff is really not welcoming, no smiles and not really helpful. Such a pity for this cool shop. I hope they coach their staff better as they grow.
Great selection of stylish clothing and very kind, attentive sales people. Love visiting The Frankie shop when I’m in Paris!
Not only are the clothes and selection stunning, the assistants have suchhhh a good vibe
Don’t accept returns from web. Had to pay for the return 10eur. Avoid
