I pay 11.67£ for this food and onesly this food is no more then 6£ . And more then that you receive a empty cup and you need to filling up with you drink yourself. I just wondered why we should keep support this business to keep buy from there?
On 2nd July at approximately 18:15, I placed an order Order Number 49 which included 1 kids burger meal, 3 burgers, 2 drinks, fries, and onion rings.nnThe individual who served me was a South Asian male. Despite my repeated inquiries to ensure that the kids meal was included in the bag, he assured me that it was. However, upon returning home, we discovered that the kids meal was missing.nnI immediately contacted the restaurant to address this issue. Unfortunately, the manager who answered the phone was dismissive, stating that there was nothing he could do as he needed to attend to staff matters, and then abruptly ended the call.nnI am extremely dissatisfied with this service and the handling of my complaint
What is this nonsenseI’m not happy honestly you have lost a customer you call this a burger really I had to throw this nonsense Burger King stoke on Trent I can’t eat this I paid 17 pounds for this nonsense
Shocking nWent to the till to order food, was told to use the self service, asked whe, she said that is what we have been told to tell the customers!nStaff, heads down, no communication, no hello, goodbyes.nThis place is infection control gone mad! Food grimed into the seats, tables, tables stands, legs of chairs, seats.nThe seats are all ripped, and the table legs are all exposed with rust!nNo organisation, people walking out due to being told to use self-service, and they didn't want to, due to dyslexia and being visually impaired. Staff didn't care, and management was hiding in the back. No direction, authority given to the front of house Staff. The refillable drinks machine is not working, but it still wasn't working when I left 25 minutes later. Had to clean my own table and floor around it as their standards are obviously shocking!. Cardboard on the floor around the entrance. Whoever runs this store needs to go on an update course from scratch and shouldn't be in a management role!
I went a month ago on a Sunday evening, never again! Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars as this is what it deserves across all areas!!nStaff very ignorant and focus more on preparing deliveries than the customers in front of them.nFood lukewarm despite coming straight out! Icecream freezer burnt.nToilets were disgusting if I'd of gone the toilet first I wouldn't of ordered! Hot water is piping someone is going to get burnt and no cold water! No soap!
