Excellent food and service. We love the ability to make the meals vegan and the wide range of choices. The drinks are delightful and well presented. Child friendly and great for people with allergies.
Ramen was ok, I think it was the best thing on the menu. 4/5nnHowever, squid and gyoza were disappointing. They were not crunchy, doughy and sauces didn’t really pair well. 2/5nnService was very slow, apart from when we arrived - we were greeted by a very friendly gentlemen at the front desk who quickly seated us. After that, it took ages to get anyone’s attention and after waiting for 10 mins since receiving the bill, we’ve just walked up to pay.
My daughter took me here for a nice change. And what a nice change. Never been before but hopefully I'll go again. The food was fantastic. Really tasty, lovely friendly staff and a decent choice of drinks. The beers are on the expensive side, but that's what we are paying these days unfortunately. The food on the other hand was very reasonable and of good portions. A must if you like oriental foods.
My sister and I recently visited Wagamama and had a great experience. We were warmly greeted by our waitress and given the choice of where we’d like to sit, which was a nice touch. The entire team was friendly throughout and the food was absolutely delicious - extremely fresh and high-end quality. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, it’s definitely worth it for an occasional treat. I would recommend Wagamama to anyone looking for good food and warm service!
Me and my partner went here for our date night and with it being my first time there, i was super pleased! The Atmosphere was lovely and the staff was so kind! Especially Paige who took our drinks and food order. She came to check on us to see if the food was okay and asked if we needed anything else, such lovely manners too! Another staff made me smile too as she said that she thought my Jumper was cute! I didnt get chance to get her name though. The food was incredible and the Cherry Blossom Lemonade was beautiful! Thank you so much! Defintely will be coming back.
