The staff were excellent. We dealt with Emily and Raj nothing was too much trouble for them. The majority of the paperwork was completed before we collected the car. But the final touch for me was to be handed a flower arrangement so unexpected but much appreciated.We will be recommending TMS to all out friends.
I have been very impressed with the customer service of this company. I got a fair price and then a quick turn around to accommodate my rush. Luke definitely went the extra mile with his customer service. All my questions were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. I even got picked up at the train station when I went to collect. Thanks guys
Absolutely unbelievable service. Luke you did me proud!! Travelled 4 hrs each way and man alive was it worth every penny. Car immaculate fantastic price. These guys live up to their reputation and surpass it. Hands down best firm I have ever dealt with and there’s been a few. Just go here!!
From start to finish we were dealt with in a most friendly and professional manner. We were kept informed, by the delightful Emily, ar every stage of our purchasing experience. She has a wonderful knack of making you feel as though you are the only customers she has ever had and are the only customers she has at all. She really makes you feel special. As we were buying a new car I am sure that she was more excited than us. Her handover was something really special and unexpected together with the most beatiful flower arrangement. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble.

My experience at Kia TMS Hinckley was truly outstanding. With the help of sales consultant Raj I was able to actually enjoy the experience of buying a new car, which can sometimes be stressful. Without being conceited or pushy Raj listened attentively and provided all the information I needed to decide on the right car. In a highly professional manner he completed the part exchange and purchase without confusion, ensuring everything was completed to facilitate the sale as promised. All the TMS team were friendly giving the impression of a well organised outfit.
Really helpful and not pushy. Talked through options answered all questions and was really patient. On a tour of different dealership it was the only one I'd go back to. It can get busy but worth the wait.
Recently purchased a Rio which was in top condition , I took 2 cars out for test drives and was taken by sales man Luke Newton who was very knowledgeable about the cars and was very pleasant in dealing with many enquiries I made about both cars . No pressure sales at TMS , a relaxed place to buy a car from and a few coffees till I decided on which car to have . A nice touch was the flowers when I picked up the car the next day . Having taken another Kia to them to service I have always found TMS staff to be very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend TMS if you’re looking for a quality car . Thank you
