I can not find any fault with this dealership as I found them to be very approachable and they kept me informed about the car I was going to buy. The staff were very helpful and friendly and maid me feel welcome and there was very little paperwork to do. I would recommend them and I would use them again. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you.
I was kept up-to-date all the step of the way until collection in person of my vehicle. The handover was seamless and very quick. Paperwork was kept to absolute minimum, since all the preparations had been done. Extremely pleased overall with TF Card Ltd and I highly recommend this dealership.
Friendly service, the car had an issue when we picked it up with the windows which they said they would sort and did. We had a further issue with the bodywork which again was sorted within a week. Overall a good service from TF Cars, I would say to be 5 star, attention to detail would have picked up issues before we went to collect the car which would have improved our customer experience.
Bought a Peugeot 208 just a about a week ago off the guys from TF cars after mine was write off, customer service and after service are amazing!! They went through the cars I wanted and advised costs and finance if I needed it and over the weekend ready for Monday morning. Seriously the after service is amazing!! I woke up this morning and my car wouldn't start so I took a taxi from Nuneaton to Hinckley so I could get to work. Phoned the guys and because I can't get the car to the garage. They called back to check if I was ok and advised it might need a new battery fitted they offered to drive me home with a new battery and fit the battery for me outside my house!! Really happy that their cars come with 12 months warranty. I honestly cannot recommend TF cars enough!!
Just want to thank everyone at TF Cars, i had an absolutely brilliant experience buying a car from them. I have brought SO many cars in the past which i didn't have a good time with from different dealers, but i have had mine for about a year now so i just wanted to write a random review for you guys! So to everyone that is reading my review, i recommend TF to anyone!!
Recently bought a scirocco from TF cars! Great value car with good mileage. Guys were extremely helpful and friendly to do business with. Brilliant!!
Purchased a new Car from TF Cars. They were brilliant from start to finish. Steve kept me updated through every step of the cars MOT, Service, Repairs the lot. Would highly reccomend and loving my new car.

When purchasing a vehicle from this local company I found that the service I received from the friendly staff was amazing. Not to mention; they vary from multitudes of different vehicles to please everyone's needs. Ranging from first time cars to luxury. I would defiantly recommend this company.
