We moved to Eddie from our previous pensions adviser as they we received no support from them other than annual statements.  What a contrast! I was recommended to engage Eddie to provide an insurance policy after another IFA had not delivered in 9 months. Eddies professional approach had it wrapped up in 3 weeks. I have found him easy to deal with as he very quickly builds a trusting relationship. No hesitation in recommending him.

Well after an initial friendly and informal telephone conversation where we  agreed we would meet for another chat over a coffee somewhere to be arranged a few days later that was it, nothing! I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he did say he had another appointment to be at later, so I emailed Eddie again to ask if we could rearrange a meeting. Again nothing, I can only assume my portfolio wasn't big enough for him to bother about, shame as he was pleasant on the phone.
