Paul was professional on phone and we worked out what my car needed but went downhill from there. left my car there overnight as agreed had to ring up to chase to see if it was done paid for through inspection £120 which all I got back its good car mate was expecting more, charged me for coolant and brake fluid change without even asking, said wasn't any codes on ecu which there was after getting it checked again Would not recommend this garage and feel like I've been ripped off.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
Paul provided an excellent service, with an honest appraisal of the issue my car had and a clear explanation of what would be done and when. The work was done on time as agreed for a reasonable price. I will certainly be going back to Paul when my car next needs work.

Well, What a gentleman, I'm on a visit from Spain, devloped a problem with my bumper trim. Went to see Paul 09.00hrs to arrange appointment, he had a look and repaired it straight away. I asked him for advice on my handbrake, which he replied with good information. Very pleased with his work and his knowledge of BMWs.Service: Body & Trim
Spoke to Paul which took time out his day to help me, very honest and genuine.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, could not fault the advice given. Very fair and prices that leave the main dealers looking like hooded thieves. Will definitely be using them in future for all my BMW needs. Give them a go, you will not be disappointed.
Firstly leave a message or leave a miss call, Paul always gets back to you. Customer service is great, although he is mega busy he still takes his time to discuss the issues with your car in detail from cause to advising resolution. He has been working on bms for many years so is knowledgable on older models. His shop is organised. This is the only place I will take my e46 from now on.
