Very happy with the service I received from the FarolHinckley parts department. I needed a relatively obscure part for a pretty obscure John Deere tractor and Keith was absolutely on point locating the part number and sourcing the parts I needed. Very polite,knew his stuff and willing to assist. Very happy. Cup of tea and donuts for Keith. Many thanks Farol.
I have never seen driving like this for years, absolutely ridiculous. 71 plate pickup cutting people off, overtaking on double white lines, doing over 60 in a 40. If the guys are this aggressive on the road imagine what their company are like to deal with.
Really enjoyed our visit this morning. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful without being pushy. Already found my next mower, along with a nice winter hat. Would recommend you check it out if you are wanting all things tractor!
Just look for the john deer tractors on the forecourt. Depending on which way you approach from you have to turn before the petrol station if coming from A5 and drive around the back of petrol station to get to carol yard not hard to see what needs to be done. Just watch out for all the cars can be tight.
Today was the time that I visited Farol’s. Absolutely superb in every respect. An old John Deere greens mower needing a new bed knife. Nothing was too much trouble from the sourcing of the part to its removal and its fitting. Really helpful, really efficient, Many thanks.
Went in with my faithful dog and was greeted with a friendly gentleman who even had a dog treat Extremely helpful was a pleasure as a female I wasn't made to feel "odd" for being there I'd forgotten something on his desk and he came out and brought it to me Really good
Popped into Farol today looking for a chain saw. The sales assistant Keith was very helpful and knowledgeable. Felt relaxed and under no pressure to buy, they had what we wanted in stock for a good price. Would be happy to recommend them.
Had my John Deere petrol lawnmower serviced. Blades sharpened to perfection, runs much better. Fast friendly service.
Very beautifull dealership almost everything you can get, and lovely staff
Bought a mower for £6000, not fit for use, used for 10 hours and Farol offered me £650 in P/X. Not great service.
