Very happy with our experience buying our Dacia Duster. After many weeks of searching unsuccessfully for a car matching our needs and price range, this one caught our eye and the whole process, from initial contact to bringing the vehicle home, lasted just over a week, though the car was ready fully serviced, new MOT etc. within that time.  Overall Jak was very welcoming, answered our questions about the vehicle, didn't pressure us or throw any spanners into the process, and communication was always clear in person and over email. Car was ready and in excellent condition for us to pick up. Given how much of an effort we were expecting, everything was gracefully painless, which we're very happy about! Would recommend.

Lovely, warm service we have received. Being a girl really don’t know car much, Matt has patiently answered all my questions about the car. Really helpful and gave me piece of mind and confidence of the new vehicle I’m getting. He is definitely an asset for the company. The whole experience has been relaxing and happy. 5 star indeed!

Travelled here today from Cardiff after Tony confirmed vehicle was ready for collection. SL15 JBY 4 series BMW. Looks nothing like the brochure, I am not sure its road worthy as alloys are in a bad state, have pics. Car was covered in body shop dust inside and out. Please read trust pilot reviews. I took the train home it was safer.

Very happy with my new BMW I purchased from Nuneaton Car Sales, I am very happy with the customer care that was provided, everything was made very easy and convenient for me.  The car was serviced and put through an MOT prior to collection and looked good as gold when I arrived. We had a great trade and a smooth transition from our old car to the new one. Ivan was brilliant and more than helpful and patient with me as it was my first time driving an automatic and he was next to me at my test drive, being supportive. The company is trustworthy and I was more than happy with a long time warranty and also one year free AA membership.  I would totally recommend Nuneaton Car sales, massive variety of cars, good prices and if you want a not big hassle buy, they are a great place for that, very easy and smooth buying process.

I recently bought Mercedes B class from them. The experience that I had was very pleasant. People there were very professional, friendly and helpful. My purchase was dealt by Matt and Mark, both of them were really helpful, clear in their communication. Important aspect that I noticed in their approach was that they were never pushy. I would strongly recommend them to my friends.

Great team, very quick, simple & easy. Mainly dealt with a guy called Tim, very nice explained everything throughly and answered any concerned I had. Jack dealt with the paperwork and explained everything perfectly. Felt very comfortable buying a car here. Would definitely recommend coming here for a car!

I attended this dealership on Sunday after being told by Tony the vehicle was ready for collection. The BMW 4 series SL15 JBY. As per the pictures the car was a mess covered in body shop dust. The alloys were not original and i would question the road worthiness of the vehicle. Be very careful dealing with these people,  I took the train home it was safer.

Was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Shout out to Tony Dan and Jake for going above and beyond for me! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! See you when I need my next car lads
