I had a great experience at the TK Maxx store. The store was well-organized and tidy, making it easy to browse through the different sections. The shelves were neatly stocked, and the overall layout was very shopper-friendly. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed and providing excellent customer service. It made for a pleasant shopping trip, and I would definitely return!
Don't go in if your in a wheelchair as staff will not help you or allow you to pass to go down the aisles. Two staff members were chatting while sorting shelves out and had blocked the aisles with trolleys. They looked at me and carried on chatting. Luckily my carer managed to go past them to get what I needed. To make matters worse the same male staff member and female with short blonde hair waited in the queue for the tills and were laughing at the lovely girls serving customers. Hearing staff belittle the girls on the tills was awful especially after being treated this way by tue same two staff members. The girls serving were lovely and helpful.
shop states open till 7pm on a sat .i was there at 6.55 man on the door.already.turning customers away when i mentioned that the closing time was 7pm and it.wasnt that.yet he just. kept.repeating we are closed not good cust service homesense also closed at 7pm but i was allowed in there and just reminded that there were.closing soon by a man in the door seems tk maxx dont want customers
Probably the worst customer service you will ever recieve. Majority of the staff are rude. Odd few are lovely. Other tk max stores alot better than this one.
I had an absolutely disgusting experience at TKmaxx Shirley today. I came to exchange an item. Also, I found some other items and put them in my open shopping bag, as I could not hold them all. I was tired and realised that I forgot my purse upstairs, I was very worried, but, luckily I found it. On my way to the till I was stopped by a security guard, who was rude and asked me to remove all the items to the trolley from my bag. I was shocked! I was treated like a criminal. Very humiliating and absolutely no reason for it. The woman on the till was very rude too. My happy shopping experience turned out to be a nightmare and left me upset. What is going on? It use to be a lovely place to shop.
What not to love about Tkmaxx?! It's like a treasure cave, you can never know what gem you can find there. Like this Craghoppers jacket reduced to £27

For a skincare addict, I absolutely lovin their Korean Skincare range. Definitely The Treasure Place for a skincare's hunter like me For all this product for less than £35, a bargain you won't find elsewhere for a Good Korean Skincare.
My favourite shop,nice fashion shop,different sales and good products,but work only 2 cash desks from 6 of them.It is really sad. I like it because near shop we have big parking and 2 stages of articles for sale
Not many new things, not many discounts, downstairs is untidy.
