Excellent service from Karl, the store was very clean and had a good range of shoes I needed for work. Thanks.
Very disappointed when I visited the store to return some shoes and hopefully get some different ones instead. The manager handled the return and refund efficiently. I then started to look for some alternatives. I was asked what size and said what I thought I was. The assistant asked 'do you want your feet measured' I said yes please. She did so, somewhat half heartedly, then asked what styles I wanted to try. She brought some out and basically said 'there you are' and went off. There were a few other customers in the shop, who appeared to be wanting to buy several pairs of shoes and the assistants seemed to be more interested in helping them. Really felt like an inconvenience, consequently I left without shoes. I have used this store in the past and always had good service, not sure what was going on last week but not happy with the service I was offered.

Unfortunately they had not got any different widths extra wide in stock of the shoes I was interested in .. otherwise a great shop with very good quality footwear .. have several pairs of hotters already ..

Excellent. Service was brilliant. Had'nt known about getting my feet measured so got that done. The saleswoman then found me a pair of shoes already in the salewhich fit perfectly. I then had a surreal conversation with another customer comparing bunions!!! Only in the UK. Made my day. Anyway wore them today for the 1st time to ealk the dog- no problems whatever- LOVE THEM
When I went in to the shop in Solihull, UK, I liked the style and colour purple of this shoe. I initially bought the standard fit and was also sold a tube of matching purple polish but on trying them on again at home I felt that they were too narrow across my toes. I took them back to the shop to exchange for the wide fitting. They said they would order these in and let me know when they were in. I waited a week and a half and then rang the shop because I had heard nothing. They said they still weren't in and to ring in a few days. I then sent an email to Hotter Shoes to complain about the wait and also about the huge amount of junk mail and spam emails they were sending me when I had specifically requested no marketing contact. Then, out of the blue, the shoes I had ordered arrived in the post. This was a nice surprise but unfortunately the shoes were too wide at the top of my foot I am slim build but with wide feet, not fat feetand too narrow at the end where my toes are so my toes were squashed side ways but the shoes slopped up and down at the heel. I took the shoes back to the shop today along with the purple polish which is of no use to me and I haven't even opened it. This polish had cost me £4. A refund was agreed for the shoes but I was told that they don't refund on polish. I gave the polish back to the assistant anyway because I have no use for a tube of purple polish since I have returned shoes. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is awful with no contact about things you email them about but yet they completely ignore the data protection act and continuously send spam emails and marketing in the post. I get about 5 spam emails from them per week! They also refused to refund the polish even though I have never used it! I will never use this company again, ever.
Female manager was very condescending when I tried to return some shoes. Yes they were out of the 30 days return policy but she didnt have to be so condescending about it.
Some of the stuff are very nice and helpfull, trying to find solutions for any problem like finding a different colour or looking online, but there are others that if they don't find the right number, that's it. Sometimes it matters when you are not sure about buying one pair or two pairs of shoes.
I love hotter shoes and my family and we often visit At Solihull branch. As we all are full time working family . Downside of Solihull branch is the Staff are not friendly always making unfriendly faces and never come to u to ask for help . And if I ask for help most of ladies start making faces .
