Went in early to beat the crowds. Staff very good and helpful. I always buy from Hotter as their shoes are so comfortable.

Lovely comfortable shoes, boots and sandals. A little pricey but look out for the sales, up to 50 per cent off. Have lots of pairs, don't tell my husband !

Greeted on entry by a lovely young lady who was happy to spend as much time as was needed. I had my feet scanned for a good shoe fit. Nice range of shoes.

Some of the stuff are very nice and helpfull, trying to find solutions for any problem like finding a different colour or looking online, but there are others that if they don't find the right number, that's it. Sometimes it matters when you are not sure about buying one pair or two pairs of shoes.

Bought a pair of shoes which I find very comfortable. Sales staff are very good.

The shop assistant was so helpful and lovely to my 91 year old Mum

A great shoe shop love the duo insole option they are brillisnt for the men in my family.

Very helpful staff. Wish there were more blingy shoes for Christmas time though
