Went into Solihull store today to return a pair of linen trousers as they were too small. Looked for a bigger size but oh dear the trousers were just jumbled into any size, no order whatsover. Their briefs were not in size order either. I'll not shop there again. Northfield so much better.
Lovely staff, extremely pleasant and helpful. Clothes were a good price. Mom loved her two skirts, just had to order a different size. Which the shop assistant sorted out, very quickly for me. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I visited the Solihull branch today, bought some pyjamas as a gift. When I got home there was a security tag on them which informed me if I removed it the item would be covered in ink. I took them back having to pay another car parking fee. Wendy who originally served me was told by the manager to give me a 20 percent discount. She was really rude towards me even though I was quite pleasant considering. Very bad service I won't be returning. me that

Excellent customer service by the shop assistant. Spoilt by the fact that the manager speaks to her staff like rubbish. I would not last there 5 minutes . Utter bully

I like Bonmarche' because their clothes are fashionable and affordable. They also cover a good range of sizes.The staff are excellent and appear to have been employed there for years which is always a good sign.....
I've been meaning to leave a post for a while ,two years ago I was researching for an outfit for my daughters wedding in London ,she's a fashion designer so it was important I look nice but it was November for a December wedding all very quick. I went to every shop from Solihull Birmingham even to Kidderminster most were red or black .I was desperate, a friend said go to bon marche .I was shocked .thinking that's not a bridal shop . I came into Solihull and thought what have I got to loose there was a rose gold dress perfect. BHS was closing I got hat and shoes and hand bag to match and found a Jacques vert jacket to match on line .everyone commented on how lovely I looked . I was so pleased .thank you for saving the day .I recommend you to everyone now. I now shop at bon marche all the time. The only thing I'd like is longer length jackets.otherwise I'm very happy with clothes.ive got my younger daughter looking at things now.
I don't hate bonmarche but they don't have jeans that are a slim leg high waist fit only low rise with almost jegging legs . I don't want these as they don't look good.
