Quality of the clothes is absolutely second to none and all the staff are fantastic!
My wife and I have just been into this shop. My wife who is a size 8 was told by the old lady not to touch the clothes as new stock. We just walked out never to return. I would advise everyone to avoid.
The rudest shop assistant works in this store - - how they have remained in business is incredible !!! Apparently she is the owner - well she should visit the shop opposite and the other welcoming stores in Solihill to learn some manners and how to treat customers welland with respect something she lacked. Very poor .
Really lovely clothes and really helpful, honest service.
Shame that a good shop is spoiled by rudeness. If I could give zero stars I would. You may not stock over a 14, so if you’re over a 14 you can’t even buy clothes for other people under size 14 either! Crazy!!
