Absolutely exceptional service from a great group of ladies. Visited this store for my wife and was helped more than I have experienced anywhere else, ever. Granted I'm not a daily shopper, but if I were and were dealt with like this on every occasion, I would be very happy. Great experience and a lovely professional atmosphere. Sure we will be back again soon.
The staff certainly need some Customer Service training in this shop which I found surprising in today’s competitive high street market. No greeting or eye contact in fact the staff member didn’t even raise their head and only the bare minimum of mumbled interaction during the transaction. The staff member also refused twice to put my Dorothy Perkins delivery bag in the bin for me even though it had no identification on it in order to free my hands to do more in store shopping? Therefore I left without further purchase. Haven’t experienced such poor Customer Service in a very long time and won’t be shopping there again.
Although it was Burton's I was visiting and not DP. The prices were very good. Staff friendly. And not half as expensive as M&S or house of Fraser. Is it any wonder why big chains close down when there far too expensive.
Love the clothes at dorothy perkins, they aren't all made for a perfect body which I quite like. The employees are brilliant, very friendly and happy to help. One star less because it is a small store with not too many options
Love Dorothy Perkins clothes , Wish there was one in Birmingham city centre & the fort Birmingham. There could be an out let store there it would be very welcomed!!
