Poor experience going for lunch and a shop. Arrived at the first floor cafe to choose a h sandwich from the menu to be told it will be ages before it would be possible to make one up other than the cheese. Walked away and went to the ground floor cafe which was full with people sat at tables with their laptops and no food. So walked away and went elsewhere....
It's a beautiful, very familiar, homely and cosy place with amazing brands and items and with kind and super proffessional and helpful employees.
Great place to shop for everyone! Also lovely things for house. Christmas is the nicest season to walk around here. Also when sales is very worth it to come and look around, good offers on brands or baby clothes.

Called today to look at washing machines. The lady sale advisor was exceptional she explained about all the washing machines features She help us pick the correct washing machine that suits our needs we think the ladies name was Andrea she was very helpful. Every time we shop here we always find all the staff very helpful
Fantastic Place really Quality Food Very Welcoming Staff very Helpful when I queried a few things with one of the Hosts on exit from the cafe called a place to eat. The lady dealt with the queries immediately and I was more than Happy what action she took to sort the things out for the better thanking you Tony.
We visited the store over Black Friday weekend and were served by a very attentive and helpful young man. The store was due to close in 5mins yet he still checked stock for us and went to the opposite side of the store to get the jumper we wanted out of the stock room. The transaction went through 1 minute before the store closed. We didn't catch his name but the receipt said he was assistant number CH1143. Thank you to him. Fantastic customer service and a lovely young man.
Website appalling. On 2 separate occasions their site advised they had stock of the items I was looking to purchase . After a long journey to the store I was told they no longer stocked the item and they hadn't had stock for a considerable time . Before my next visit to an alternative store I tried to call the store but you are directed to a 3rd party call centre who wouldn't transfer me to the store to check stock availability. They told me to check on the website re availability. The website advised it was available, rechecked on arrival at store, still available but once in store the staff advised no stock even though their site confirmed there was when stood at the till. What was a good store has now sunk to the bottom of the table . I won't be wasting time & fuel visiting again.
I love the soup in the entrance cafe! Other than that, it's a great shopping experience. Pleasant surroundings and very helpful staff, plus often a 5 year warranty on electrical goods
Amazing store, great quality, great selection, super friendly staff, and best of all, did friendly except the cafe
