I’ve been in quite a few gyms and this one is the best by far in terms of weight lifting equipment. They have lifting machines I’d never seen before. No stupid rules like chain gyms have. Great atmosphere. Great music. Cheap. Dumbbells up to 100kg. Gets busy 6-8pm but I can always get on the equipment I want without waiting. Be warned… the women that go to this gym are stronger than most of the men in commercial gyms! It does get very hot in summer!
Hands down the best strength ans hypertrophy gym in High Wycombe. Not only are the equipment made of real steel and cast iron, its also about the right motivation to push you towards your goal and thats what the community here does.

Brilliant old school gym, paid £5 for a day pass
looks like is getting hot in the summer, cardio room needs more air/no ventilation. some equipment I never seen someone using it/may be two person there!!‍but it can make space for something wich everyone will use. overall is a nice space the music is brilliant, the owner is also a very nice guy
Great exercise atmosphere! Gee is a top man! Dead Weights and equipment are excellent, also the Boxing and MMA area is up close and personal!! Well worth the visit!!
Love this place best in town friendly gym lots to choose from
Guy on the phone was really polite, came down to sign up so I can go after work. Fairly annoying to get to back road to an industrial estate and there isn't much parking for the actual gym there are other company spaces but the gym itself is really good. There's cleaning equipment left out to wipe down your machine after use, lots and lots of weight machines and free weights. The guy behind the counter offered a free session for a day just to see what it was like but I signed up then and there and don't regret it. Worth the cheap £25 with no contract to tie me down.
Quality muscle gym, great range of equipment, friendly people, only £25pm, can't go wrong!
My son attends martial arts, Sensei John Gilbert, at Titans. Wow, what a truly good school!! John has the patience of a saint and ensures that each and every young person has an understanding of the movements taught and provides reasons as to why they are being taught. He attracts positive attention, communication and respect. Most certainly not your average martial arts school, JGMA goes above and beyond and I personally highly recommend accessing what definitely is the best of the best.
