Wild Training

I joined wild training just over a month ago, I absolutely love it! All the the trainers and staff are so friendly and approachable. The classes they run are always fun and inclusive for all abilities. It doesn't feel like a gym in the traditional sense. They have fantastic facilities, I am particularly keen on the muscle tunnel which has a huge amount of varied equipment to train with. I can already feel the difference in myself having been going a couple of times a week. Massive thanks to James, Hannah and all the rest of the team.

Wild Training is all about pushing your boundaries whilst having fun. It's not your average boring gym full of treadmills - there's a huge variety of equipment for everyone to use (from aerial silks to strongman kit) and I've been surprised by how many different styles of training I never thought I wanted to do but have tried and loved. It's all thanks to the owners James and Hannah who are incredibly inspiring, encouraging you to push your limits and always changing it up to keep it interesting. There's a really welcoming atmosphere here and you'll often find members working out together and encouraging eachother - there's no judging or competition. Not only has my body transformed since joining the gym last year, but my knowledge and general attitude towards health and fitness has improved so much. If you want to get fit and strong with a smile on your face then come down and have a look around - it could change your life!

Really welcoming gym with tonnes of great classes to keep you motivated with your exercise. Most other gyms I've used it has been easy to fall into a rut with my training and use the same old machines. No risk of that at Wild: James, Hannah and the rest of the team are always offering new things to keep everyone inspired and learning new things. If Wild were in London then it would be rammed every hour of the day, so take advantage of this little gem.

This is a great place. I was very reluctant to join a gym again and was concerned that I wouldn't be fit enough to get involved in the classes after years of inactivity. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and encouraging, and this attitude seems to filter down to the people who use the gym creating a really positive and motivating atmosphere. I highly recommend it, and the variety of classes means it never gets into a boring routine.

I simply love training at Wild Training. Their energy and ethos is infectious! Not only have I got fitter since joining Wild, I've also become happier, made new friends and rediscovered my enjoyment for exercise. The variety of equipment and range of classes means you'll train smarter and never get bored. Whether you're doing a class or your own thing, there's always someone there supporting you and cheering on your progress. I couldn't recommend it more!
