I love this place!!!  I love the old school, no frills ethos this gym has.  The staff are friendly and accommodating and there is a real " family" vibe  about it.  I know proper gyms can be intimidating, but I can honestly say that there is no ego, no attitude and no superiority.   Every one is welcome ,  no matter their fitness levels or abilities.  There are enough different machines to cater for every desire and you very rarely have to wait for one to become available.
Membership is reasonable and there are an extensive range of supplements and even clothing available.  Get yourself down there

Awesome gym with all the strength and power equipment you could want including monolift for squats. 
Home to Darkside Barbell powerlifting team, and full of friendly people willing to assist and spot if needed.
